Meredith Carter, Ph.D.
Clinical Psychologist
Meredith founded Withinsight Behavioral Health after more than 17 years working as a Clinical Psychologist. She earned her B.A. from Colby College in 2002, majoring in Psychology and Sociology, and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Suffolk University in 2007. Meredith is fully licensed in the states of MA, NY and VT. With early experience working in community mental health and college counseling centers (Boston College, University of New Hampshire, and Harvard University), Meredith began her private practice in Brookline, MA. She built a successful and thriving private practice there before opening an additional office in Manchester, VT. Over time, Withinsight was born out of desire to reach more clients. Meredith feels truly privileged to be a part of her client's stories, and for the trust her clients put in her, especially during their times of vulnerability, challenge and transition. With transition and change comes opportunity, and it has been truly inspiring to help clients navigate their identities during these times.
